    Extremely poor experience today. 7 yr old bought his first games yesterday. One of them priced 28 is 19.95 everywhere. Took it back today for refund or exchange.     Went in for new phone. They could not be more helpful. Ended up with excellent phone at great price. All in all it was 20 minutes. Top place and top staff.
