Staff on prescriptions couldnt dispense medication because they personally didnt understand what the doctor had requested. There was a rush by staff to move people out of the prescription queue to the sales till in an effort to make it go down, rather than spend a few seconds to try and comprehend what the doctor had requested.... read full comment
