Never any staff around to serve, it’s a case of having to go look for them in the isles if you need till service. The volume on the self service pay points are incredibly loud, there’s really no need and they ought to be quietened. Nice modern shop but very poorly managed. Twice I have bought bakery products only to get them home and find that they were out of date. Some of the staff are very nice and helpful but some of them are surly as though they do not want to be there.

Where do I start. This was a great addition to the village when it was built. The stocks were always kept up and great choice but over the lasy year the shop has gone downhill. Always low stocks on staples, staff almost invisible with customers looking down the aisles to see if they can find anyone. Just badly managed overall... read full comment
