Every time my contract is due to end, I go in and SPEAK to an actual person, who quickly assesses my needs and sorts out the very best contract to meet them. Had problems with some aspects of the service they provide. Everything is now clarified with the help of one of the advisors. Could not have sorted it out without her help.
