Staff are always friendly and helpful. They do their best with what they have. Yes, there's a queue a lot of the time but it usually moves quite quickly. Every time I'm in the queue there are literally people who come and join the queue and are tutting and complaining after 2 mins. Just have a little patience and kindness.

Tried to ring just now and CANNOT get thr! Automated line is abysmal. Because I had a parcel delivered and a clear notice I put ON the glass front door for parcels to b placed on floor OUT of sight! Where did he put it 10 mins ago? On the shelf in open View! Either he's dyslexic or just didn't bother reading!
