I called in to the shop today for the monthly treat for my husband, the usual lady was not around sadly, she ALWAYS helps to choose the 6 bottles of wine I buy, it's usually a lovely experience seeing if she can find me the perfect wines at a reasonable price, I look forward to visiting....not today!!! What an odd experience…..extremely judgemental and very snooty!We won’t be returning to spend our money, disgraceful customer service we were only trying to be pleasant and left feeling dissatisfied
