Probably the most miserable and rude woman I have ever met works in there.

Local post office, always a little bit busy, but quieter later in the day. All the usual post office services dispensed by some lovely staff, who are working as quickly as they can. Cash machine outside (although that may go). Additional attraction of a card shop at the rear makes this a recommended.

Went in to drop off two pre paid parcels only to be told I couldn't, and I would have to take them to the sorting office in Altrincham? Went to Statham post office and no problem they took my parcels. Either Lymm post office is money grabbing or they just couldn't be arsed !
