Not for the first time with this member of staff... Some blunt, short and petulent, unpleasant Customer Service... it's an odd member of youngish staff (you know who it is)... Customer Service is a skill... a bit of coaching and development required for a junior member of staff is all that is required. Have a great day.... read full comment
