Convenient location im Knutsford. Small gym with limited equipment. No classes due to staff shortage. Outdated equipment, with a good proportion out of use or broken. Could do with modernisation throughout.

Came for few days to the area and owner showed us around and let us in to train for a day with no charge , super friendly and nice. Gym is clean and well equipped, definitely recommend anyone who is local to join in, you won’t get service like that from a big guys! ????

This is a substandard gym, equipment lies broken for weeks and they have a push machine where gym members race dangerously up and down, someone is going to get seriously injured. GIVE IT A MISS
