Hotel lost our booking twice but agreed to honor the price I was quoted originally. Lots of their staff are sharing duties right now due to staff sickness and their restaurant is understaffed due to this.

The staff here are really friendly and great problem solvers for anything you need. The rooms are clean and cozy. Only minor suggestion for a future improvement would be to switch out the lamp plugs by the bed to include a USB so that guests can charge their phones by the bed. Last minute decision to head out for dinner and landed at The Vicarage, Cheshire. Brilliant surprise at the Happy Hour between 5-7pm on selected drinks, buy one get one free including Cruzcampo, inches cider and cocktails!
