Absolutely shocking my service. Steven the manager thought it was ok to publicly humiliate me by stating I’m giving ear ache. Embarrassed and not sorted. Will not return and speak to head office about their ability to train absolutely incompetent individuals

I can’t fault the service at boots opticians in Cheadle and at Handforth Dean, I would not trust anyone else with my eyes
