On the two occassions I visited the Frodsham branch I could not have expected better service, on top of this it is a treat to have a local branch. Michelle was very knowleadgeable and made the whole process of account opening a pleasure.

The most ridiculous opening hours ever. Absolutely impossible to use this bank if you work. Clearly Nationwide do not accommodate working people.
