Rude staff, who make mistakes and get annoyed if you dare to go back to get it sorted, they do not answer the phone, they close early, often open late or don't open at all due to "STAFF SHORTAGES"so if people run out of medication, can't get in or call them, they go without and risk ending up in hospital due to withdrawal,... read full comment
