8-10am to pick up a parcel? Stop changing the times every 5 minutes. I’ve had 2 parcels returned thanks to it never being open. Absolutely dire company. As is evident by the latest scandal.

Parcel arrived here at 12, 'due for delivery today,' 2 hours after it was meant to arrive i call and they guarantee it will arrive today, nothing comes, i'm going abroad tomorrow won't be able to receive it now.

Useless, never follow notes to leave packages with neighbours and change the opening hours non stop and don’t have anything correlating with what it says online. Complete shambles
