Terrible customer service, terrible hygiene, crap coffee. Just avoid. We had to remove old dishes from our table by ourselves, no one came to clean the table.

We called in at about 4pm on a Thursday evening and were met with a member of staff saying takeaway service only. So we ordered a drink and cake to take out, as 2 of us were no longer interested in a drink. Excellent friendly service from Nikki today 8/12/2023 in the Cheshire Oaks Ellesmere Port store. Nothing was too much trouble and she even arranged for a chocolate birthday plaque to be placed in our afternoon tea tray for my husband as we were celebrating his 50th birthday. We are your LOCAL & INDEPENDENT shop owned staffed and ran by local Little Sutton residents! We are open for a variety of everyday necessities! We also offer a Post Office as a service along side our main retail offering however this is not available on Saturdays after 1pm. We look forward to welcoming you!
