Terrible service, the parcel point is usually closed, several times I sent a parcel and it was closed during store opening hours, Very bad customer service.

Perfect example of a great post office and outstanding customer service. I use the post office services from Wolverham Road for the past 3 years and never fail to provide a good experience. 5:45pm and beyond.....a very full shop & Post Office. Everyone did their best to 'Socially Distance' as best they could. Queueing then occurred ouside when staff did a great job of controlling the sudden evening rush. Definate lack of Post Office trained staff.(4 stars to them for coping well!)
