Waitresses but no service online menus with restless hungry children took us 20mins to work it out and place it. Waitresses obviously not allowed to take orders so not there fault they where all friendly. Also card only. Just inconvenient experience overall expensive and rubbish food at a premium price. We booked a table of 20 for a birthday party on a Saturday lunch time. Everything was well organised and prompt, food was great and lovely service by Mo who was very attentive and friendly.

Stayed open for us as a family of 5, food hit the spot and kids loved the ice cream factory! 100% recommend!
