Very disappointed. Had a smart watch .band took it back before the 14 day cooling off period. Just finished a lond day in work to be told at the shop I have to wait halve hour I can't just drop it off and go home .. lad with long dark hair very rude . arrive sunday afternoon with wife to enquire about a pay has you go mobile it was a disgrace the lad was not interested whilst playing with a peice of string whist the othersalesman across from us was laughing at us and him 25 years with 02 customer service with o2 has gone out of the window dont say it didnt happen...
