My wife bought a sheepskin coat from the Cheshire oaks outlet. The young woman who served her was exceptional. Noticed slight damage we had missed with the jacket and ordered a replacement coat, which was perfect.

The staff in this store are lovely they don't pester you but are there if you need them a lovely lady served us when hubby was buying me my Christmas present and there was a good choice instore
