Checkout had long queues which were slow moving. Store wasn't as big as expected. Very small selection of football gear.

Had an issue where I had been sold a 10 and 11, it happens. I didn't have box or receipt but a bank statement, girl at the till was understanding and called a manager over, chelsea came, apologised it happened and did everything she could to resolve this, sadly the other size 11 was Awol.
