A long queue because only one till was in operation. The hot chocolate I ordered wasn't particularly hot, but I am used to that. Apart from that, friendly service and comfortable indoor seating area.

Absolutely horrible service. Would never recommend to anyone. Always freezing in there on winter days (no idea why they are using air on when it’s below 12° outside). Went here in the evening when it was calmer with my assistance dog in training and uncle. Struggled to sit anywhere as the place was filthy. Staff do not... read full comment

Just love costa coffee get a coffee or what ever you like and just sit and let world go by.. and the staff just great
