Absolutely appalling service for parcel collection. Refused to retrieve my parcel for a very long time. Very rude - zero customer service skills. Do not use if you're collecting a parcel. They shouldn't be able to offer the service in all honestly. Disgusting.

If I could give no stars, I would! Awkward staff. Rude and blunt. Make the rules up on parcel collection as they go along. One day will accept collection if you can pick your name out of a list. Next day demand ID and a signature. I sent my partner with my ID to collect a parcel for me and he refused to release it unless...
