Every time I've dropped a parcel off it's been dealt with efficiently. No issues with the staff at all.The only negative is that you queue outside due to the size and layout of the premises. Fine when the weather is good, not so great in the rain.

very slow service, unwelcoming self important staff, very nosy fat woman working there who would be better suited in a cake factory, she would probably get in less of the packages this way, overall a post office of the lowest standards
