Went into the store over the week was overcharge for two drinks which should have been 76p each which totals to £1.52. I was overcharged £2.18 more which was £3.70 altogether. However when I brought this to the staff attention he tried to have a debate stating I was only overcharged by £1.09 which I’m not sure how...

My God! This is such a beautiful building. We were greeted by Gary at the reception door, he offered to take our luggage to the room and showed us around the building. What a fabulous place! Simon and Gary are THE consummate hosts. We were made to feel extremely welcome throughout our 2 night stay. We stayed in Charles II suite which was just beautiful.
