I have shopped in New Look, Crewe for as long as I can remember. All the staff in the crewe branch have been amazing over the years, without exception. I visited the store on Sunday and a salesperson named Charlie dealt with me. She was incredibly helpful and a really nice, genuine person. She ordered me an item in with no issues whatsoever and was just a lovely person to deal with. A credit to the shop.

Some really nice clothes, at fair prices, with some great bargains to be had. My wife got a pair of boots for around £17 in the sale. That included using the 10% off with the app. So good to see they let you use that, even on sale items.Really friendly and helpful staff too.Well worth a visit!
