Over the last two years I’ve become a regular customer here, ordering once or twice a week because their food is usually great. Not tonight - 53 minutes late (we ask for a set time delivery every time, which was agreed). Driver was lovely, but woman on the phone was rude, unhelpful, didn’t care and all the rest of it.... read full comment
