Very poor and worst bank in UK. Had my account blocked for few days and my money taken and never had any information from the bank about it. Someone was trying to scam me for a small amount of money and they have refused me to withdrawal my own money from the account when needed it. Disgusting customer service and not helpful... read full comment

Opened account recently, popped in to deposit a cheque found the staff very helpful.
