Went into branch as I had query on using debit card abroad and fees etc also details re Travel Ready. The lady behind the desk as you go in was clueless and gave me wrong info. Only been into this branch on a couple of occasions, but the staff were very friendly and helpful both times. Queues can get busy around an hour before closing times, especially on a Monday so best to avoid if possible.
