Absolutely pathetic . Put my bike in crewe store 12 days ago and still waiting for a call to say its ready. They said it'll be a day or 2 . Almost impossible to get a contact number for the shop . Went on live chat on Friday and was told someone would call me back in 4 hrs . Its now Tuesday and still waiting. Absolutely... read full comment

Terrible customer service, was waiting for items to be delivered to Crewe store. Then sent email thanking me for collecting items. I didn’t receive a text or email stating the items were in store. I didn’t collect the items either. I will not be ordering anything from Halfords again and wouldn’t even give it one star... read full comment
