Alright, just very slow to put things out that are usually cold. Also staff talk like robots and feel very uncomfortable to respond to there 3 phrases they use for every customer. It all feels very lazy

Went in for a quick drink and cake after a walk. Was told you need to pay extra to sit in. Asked what the cost extra was for - there were 3 staff members in on a quiet Sunday morning.
