Miserable staff on till, not sure if she is rude or racist (towards white people) but could barely be bothered to speak to the customers. Dunelm, you probably need to hire more engaging people for your shops, otherwise I might as well shop on Amazon.....

Today I visited my local store great friendly staff except for the lady on the till, while i was waiting to be served the cashier called over next please,as i approached the till she said cash or card,I replied both one purchase was for both the other was card and in a very rude manner she said I can't do cash go to someone...
