Went in at 6pm and picked up a sandwich to be heated (which were still out on display!!!) Before I said anything, a man called Will barked at me "We can't heat that up now, we've cleaned the ovens down in time for closing". I asked what time Costa closed and he informed me it was 7pm!!!!!!!
1 star purely based on facilities management. Tables are always left uncleared (personally I think it’s a customers responsibility, but there is nowhere for customers to put there dirty plates and cups). Kath and the staff are brilliant, being disabled they looked after me wonderfully and brought my tray to the table for me when it was ready. The refurbished store is great, clean ,bright and the new tables and chairs and fantastic. Thanks again
