Checked on website 'Bank opening times'. showing Branch opening 9.30 - 16.30.. Arrived 15.30 to pay in cheques. Branch closed at 1500hrs. This is my nearest branch, Nantwich , my parent Branch closed some time ago, Newcastle only recently closed, both were a half hour's journey from home. Absolutely useless staff, they provide you with wrong information about your accounts, lies that the cases are open for investigation and always fob you off! What’s the point of having the branch in town, I recommend to change the banks to different ones like nationwide or natwest
