Terrible experience at McDonald's Congleton. The staff were inattentive, slow, and more focused on joking around than doing their jobs. I waited ages for my food while the person preparing it disappeared for 15 minutes, with no explanation or apology. Even the manager seemed aware but did nothing to help.
