Staff behaviour is disgusting. Totally unprofessional staff. Manager can’t control her rude staff never mind wear Zara clothing. Total shambles of a store. Zara should be applauded at how the chester store is being run.complaint pending to Zara.

Been left out of pocket by untrained, unprofessional bunch of staff at this store. Returned items from an online order for a refund, never received refund confirmation or refund. Waited more than an hour in shop, still no confirmation, shop wouldn’t give me items back as they were ‘received back by store’. Online... read full comment
