Not very pleased with Waitrose after a long period as a customer then though illness having to have deliveries
- minimum order excludes solo people needing a delivery
- I am surprised that staff vary so ouch in customer service skills - most are helpful but not all.

Always manage to buy beautiful Roses here Kenyan Roses always lovely. I buy the yellow ones for my Mum, we both love that colour in roses. Worth paying for in just quality. Kind staff.Chester.
