I have tried to contact them with still no reply as I can not get into my account or draw any money, I would appreciate it if someone could contact me!!!!!!! Appalling service as you can't even ring them!!!!!

I had an account with them and wanted to replace my expired card, but can't get hold of them on any number other than leaving a recorded message that they don't reply to.
