The next time we want to break up a journey into Wales or want to have a weekend break in beautiful Chester I highly recommend The Mill Hotel & Spa. Perfectly sighted within Chester city centre. I cannot fault The Mill Hotel & Spa, the staff, cleanliness of the Hotel and food is wonderful.

Holiday with a friend who needed me to assist her at times, therefore rooms requested close by. Discovered my room was in another hotel building! Took sometime to sort this matter out and get rooms neat each other. Walking at night required lengthy detours to avoid the adjacent underpass. Great staff.

Great location, an easy walk into the town centre and 15 min drive from Chester Zoo. Parking available on site at extra charge. Extremely efficient breakfast service. The rooms are a little basic and tired in my opinion and ours didn’t match the website photos. No way of drying towels to save on washing and no storage... read full comment
