I was very impressed with the quality of service and advice I received in the Chester ‘Loake’ store. Alex, who served me, is extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. This is my first pair of Loake shoes but will certainly not be my last. Thank you Alex

I had a wonderful experience buying my first pair of Loakes here. Paul was very knowledgeable and welcoming and I am delighted with my new shoes. Great product AND great service - would definitely recommend - if only all shopping experiences were this good!
