I am so glad I moved from my previous opticians to Specsavers, Chester. From the eye test to choosing my frames, everything was explained fully and no pressure on cost of frames. Thanks to Tyler, Talha and Nikki for your advice and help.

Very helpful, informative and friendly staff. The different options for lenses were all explained to me and I wasn't forced into purchasing the most expensive ones. The eye test was very thorough with everything explained again. Would recommend.
