Wouldn’t recommend this spar to anyone. Staff are rude and unwelcoming and unnecessarily hostile. We were staying in the nearby hotel and just wanted to grab some refreshments when the woman who served us made some discriminatory remarks and wished us a heart attack. The shop has many positives, good range of stock, great deals, friendly helpful staff, decent delivery most of the time.However putting stickers over the glass area of the card machine at the checkout is very frustrating, almost deceptive in that customers can't see what money is being debited from their cards.When mentioned... read full comment

The staff is friendly but the Spar shops are a pure robbery...Been to this shop on my way home to buy 2 plant based yogurts only to pay £2.85 each .Tesco sells the same brand , size and flavour yogurt for £1.50 .
