Terrible customer service. Tried to ring for weeks to ask if I needed to make appointment to renew my driving licence, never answered the phone so turned up at 12.30 today and was told they were sorting out 3 passports and only had 1 tablet. I would recommend you have 2 tablets so you are not wasting people's time turning...
