We are visitors to Chester and Mary and Glo in Phase Eight could not have been more helpful letting me try on dresses for my granddaughter's wedding in May.

Great experience shopping in the Chester store today. Mary and Laura were really helpful and kind when helping my mum pick out a dress and accessories for a family wedding - 10/10.

Needed a jacket to coordinate for an important wedding I had wonderful style advice and personal attention from sales staff (Mary I think?) There was no sales pressure, she was so helpful, giving me good ideas I hadn't thought about. I went home to ponder, and later came back and made a purchase.
