The young queens in Costa Coffee have such attitudes. Asked for a chia latte but asked for it as a Frappe, guy says we dont do that…but thought they could do any drink, it was like i asked for the first born! This is the type of people costa employ, downhill from here.

Good location, lovely staff, however the last 2 times, including today, I have eaten here, the chilled/heat food has been cood in the middle and I've had a dodgy stomach afterwards.
As a business traveller,I eat at a large number of these type of outlets weekly and this is the only one I've consistently had issues... read full comment
