Rang to ask if I could donate items that day. Was told I could. Carried in 4 small boxes. Was on my way out to fetch the rest of the donation when a shop assistant shouted that's enough, no more. I was made to feel very uncomfortable in front of everyone and it was like I was doing some thing wrong. Will never donate here... read full comment

Don't waste your time trying to donate. I rang them to ask if they were accepting donations and could I bring two bags - they told me yes. Drove there within the hour and when I walked in with my bags they said they were not taking donations. A completely wasted journey and they misled me on the phone. Rang Upton branch to donate, they told me to go to Saltney. Went to Saltney and they told me they don’t take donations after 2:30pm (it was only 3pm).
