Staff do not seem to realise people picking up prescriptions have jobs . Every time I have a prescription from the doctors, I nip over after mt appointmemt to check if I can wait - usually to be told, leave it 4-5 hours before coming back. I was the only customer but the several staff just carried on private conversations with each other had to ask if someone would like to come and serve me. Very poor customer service.
