Went in to return a Hermes Parcel. Parked on the forecourt as there was no fuel and it was very early so there was no one around. The man agreed I could park there but asked me to park in a bay next time to which I said no problem. The machine was not working and kept freezing, so it was taking longer than usual to process... read full comment
