Absolutely awful service. Received at Valentino handbag with multiple scratches and faults. Had to return via 1st class postage to my cost. I asked for a replacement. After multiple emails with next to no reply I had an email to say they had processed a refund and no money back for the postage. Will never use again will... read full comment
