Usually great, However I had family visiting from out of country and wanted to have them experience Indian food in the UK. Food tasted as if sugar was accidently dumped into it and instead of remaking it was sent out to the customer. Very disappointed.

Terrible experience this evening. Ordered at 5.14 and food was expected to arrive at 6.15, order time wasn't updated and when I called at 6.45 I was told my food was ready and it would be sent. Called again at 7 and was told there was a road closure, which is a blatant lie. Then the food finally arrived at 7.14, we asked... read full comment
