I have lived in St Neots for years and travel a lot. This is simply the worst boots i have encountered. The pharmacy is merged with the over the counter meds, but the pharmacy is an absolute shambles on a good day. The floor staff do their best with minimal staff to man the floor/fragrance/photos and tills at the same time.... read full comment
